I normally do not thank a seller for handling a sale, as promised. In this case, however, Pauline and I have been the recipients for the most outstanding motor home sales presentation (first by e-mail) and then when we arrived in Kerrville from our home in Florida, we found that all promises, both written and verbal, were not only met, but surpassed our expectations.
This was our first experience in purchasing a coach by "long distance." All our previous motor home transactions have been initiated and completed near our home. Initially, I was somewhat uncertain about whether or not we should try to purchase a motor home without actually seeing it and meeting the seller prior to making a commitment. You, Ronnie and your service department team made us feel like family, and then old friends, first by phone, then in person.
Our 1,200 mile trip back home in our "new" Country Coach Intrigue was absolutely flawless in all respects. The Kerrville RV pre-delivery coach inspection certainly contributed to the perfect operation of the coach.
Are we happy that we purchased our coach from Kerrville RV? The answer is ---- ABSOLUTELY! Will we consider returning to Kerrville RV for any future RV needs? --- YES, OF COURSE.

"I want to compliment your Service Department on the way they responded to a problem that I had on my Alfa Fifth Wheel on Dec. 29, 2000. after it had been repaired.While towing the fifth wheel back home down Junction Highway, I recognized that there was a serious problem, and pulled off the road. Coincidentally, Kelly Hanks was passing in the opposite direction and saw my predicament. Kelly turned around and came back to offer his help. He phoned to get the proper tools brought to the site, and sent me on my way, assuring me that he would take care of the problem. He then towed the RV back to the Service Department.On Jan. 2, I came to pick up my RV, not knowing what had gone wrong. Danny Lena was so very helpful in explaining to me what had happened, answered all my questions, and assured me that the problem was repaired, and "all systems were checked and ready to go."I have always received only the highest quality service from your Service Department.
